Wealth of excellent content including pointing me in right direction. Couldn't quite figure out why I should Blog versus Website but you pointed it out loud and clear and it makes abundant sense. Now going to go the Blog route using Google's Blog machine (I think - although still looking for easier more friendly site- no tech expertise). Will use Blog to advance to Newsletter.
